Personal Webpublishing 2005
This semester, I’m teaching a course here at the East Asia Center called Personal Webpublishing, in which there are currently eight participants; all of whom are running weblogs and using RSS and Bloglines along with various search and tracking tools like Technorati, Feedster, and Waypath, to carry out self defined learning projects throughout the semester. This year, we are focusing heavily on community building, with the ultimate goal being the formation of Personal Learning Communities. Assessment will employ self, peer, and tutor evaluations, all of which are qualitative - wonderfully so, as there are no grades in Friends World Program. Please visit their sites and leave comments.
