Joseph Campbell in Japan?
I just found out that Joseph Campbell, the man whose writings initially turned me on to myth and the transcendent, spent five months in Japan in 1955! The Joseph Campbell foundation recently published some of his journal writings from that period. For those of you who have never read anything by Joseph Campbell, please get ahold of one of his publications and start reading.
